All items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color choice, or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at southoftheriverco@outlook.com . Include your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund for any verified defects.
